Premier Athletes LLC provides guidance and assistance to high school baseball players and their families in finding the best fit for their college baseball aspirations. By accepting our terms, you agree Premier Athletes LLC and Alex Swenson can not and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results, be recruited, offered, or commit to a college baseball program with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. We want to help by giving you great direction, content, and strategies that move you forward to your goal. You agree and understand nothing on this platform, pages, meetings, PDFs, videos, or any of our websites is a promise or guarantee of future results to commit or get a scholarship to a college baseball program. You understand all references on the website, platform, videos, pages, and PDFs of past results of individuals are personal to them and should not be considered as promises of you going to that school.

By accessing this platform and website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms of Service and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 5. Refunds
All Premier Athletes subscriptions, packages, products and services are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation
- Premier Athletes - Monthly Subscription: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days and can be canceled by contacting [email protected]. Premier Athletes is not responsible for refunding memberships that automatically renew.
- Premier Athletes - Annual Subscription: Annual subscriptions automatically renew every year and can be canceled by contacting [email protected]. Premier Athletes is not responsible for refunding memberships that automatically renew.
7. Limitations
In no event shall Premier Athletes or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Company's Internet site, even if Company or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Premier Athletes' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Premier Athletes does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. 11. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Premier Athletes' web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
a. Initial Dispute Resolution: In the interest of resolving disputes between you and Premier Athletes, Alex Swenson, & How To Be Recruited in the most expedient and cost effective manner, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in any way related to these Terms of Service or your use of the website will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration. Before you commence arbitration, we suggest that you contact us directly to seek a resolution and we will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation, as an alternative to arbitration.
b. Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes relating to these Terms of Service (including any breaches, terminations, enforcement or interpretation thereof) or your use of the Services will be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the supplementary procedures for consumer-related disputes, excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class actions.
c. Arbitration will be handled by a sole arbitrator in accordance with those rules. The seat of the arbitration shall be in Florida, USA, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
d. Any arbitration under these Terms of Service will take place on an individual basis – class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. You understand that by agreeing to these Terms of Service, you and Premier Athletes, Alex Swenson, & How To Be Recruited are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
13. Premier Athletes/Alex Swenson Release
Premier Athletes has a fitness program that promotes physical activity. Always consult with your medical professional before engaging in any physical activity. By clicking “Agree”, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) Premier Athletes fitness programs can be strenuous and may subject you to serious injury; (b) that by participating in or utilizing Premier Athlete’s fitness programs, you assume all risk and responsibility related to any injury or property damage that may occur as a result; and (c) IN NO EVENT SHALL PREMIER ATHLETES, HOW TO BE RECRUITED, OR ALEX SWENSON, ITS AFFILIATES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER (KNOWN AND UNKNOWN) ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OR UTILIZATION OF PREMIER ATHLETE’S FITNESS PROGRAMS.

Premier Athletes, Alex Swenson, & How To Be Recruited Subscription are set to auto-renew, but may be canceled. I understand that I must email [email protected] 48 hours before next payment is due in order to cancel that payment and membership going forward. Membership payments are non-refundable.
